Méribel is the central valley of the Three Valleys. Courchevel is on one side, Les Menuires and Val Thorens on the other, so few places give you so much skiing within easy reach. With a private instructor you get to use all of it, at the right level, on the right runs for the day.
Lessons for every level
- First days on skis. We start on gentle slopes and build safe habits: stopping, turning and riding the lifts with confidence.
- Intermediate skiers. Long blue and red runs are perfect for working on rhythm and edging, so you ski further with less effort.
- Confident and advanced skiers. Carving, steeper terrain, bumps and, for those who want it, race technique from instructors who competed at national level.
A day shaped around you
Every lesson is private. We watch you ski, agree one or two goals and choose runs that make each one easier to learn. On a full day we follow the sun and the quietest slopes, stop for lunch at a mountain restaurant we recommend, and use the afternoon to lock in what you have learned.

Request a lessonFamilies in Méribel
Many families stay in Méribel for its chalets and village feel. We can teach children on their own, adults on their own, or the whole family together for part of the day. Parents can join, watch or enjoy their own skiing while the children learn. See our lessons for children for more.
Méribel, Courchevel or both?
You do not have to choose. The two valleys are linked over the ridge, and we teach in both. If you are staying on the Courchevel side, see our private lessons in Courchevel. Still deciding where to stay? Read our guide to Courchevel or Méribel for a family ski holiday.
